Both Shred camps during the last two weekends in May were wonderful. The kids (and adults!) had so much fun...and I had a blast ripping around the mountain--up on Summit, down a GS course on Cliffhanger, and even skimming through the pond on Bachelor's closing day. There were a lot of fun events going on over the past two weekends--including the pond skimming contest, the passholder appreciation parties and music, and the Sammy Carlson Invitational event over on Sunrise. Check out a video from Mt. Bachelor HERE--these guys rip!!!
So thank-you to Mt Bachelor, Shred, Atomic, and The Race Place in Bend, OR for all of your help and support with hosting the event this weekend! I couldn't have done it all myself, that's for sure. And thanks to the Mt. Ashland coaches Craig and Gary who helped me set up and keep the kids under control on weekend 1. Thanks Jeffrey Gomber for your help with weekend 2. I can't wait for next year, and I hope to see everyone back again! For now, enjoy your summer and keep shredding :) xoxoxo Laurenne Here are the shots from camp the first weekend of camp. Click on them to make them bigger, and steal them as you please. My pops and I took them all and certainly don't mind sharing. I took a few of them through my goggle lens, so those are the tinted looking ones. I kind of like that look, but sorry if I didn't get a great one of you. I am certainly not a pro photographer. Also, check out the GIF at the bottom of the post...kind of silly. Well, enjoy! And I hope to see you all again soon! :) Laurenne
